SERVICES
www.circus-balkanski.eu is the official website of Academic Circus Balkanski, providing information about our performances and offering online ticket purchasing for all scheduled shows.
By completing the online ticket purchase process, the customer enters into a distance contract with Balkanski Entertainment Ltd. for the provision of admission services for a specific performance.

CHILDREN’S TICKETS
Children under 3 years of age – Free admission (without an allocated seat).
Children aged 3 to 12 years – €10 (allocated seat included).
Children over 12 years of age require a standard ticket according to the selected seating zone.
Children’s tickets are valid for all seating zones and the ground floor.
HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
Purchasing tickets through our website consists of the following steps:
Select the performance.
Select your preferred seating zone.
Choose your seat(s).
Select the ticket type (Standard or Child).
Complete the order form by providing your first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address.
You will be automatically redirected to the secure ePay.bg payment platform to complete your payment.
Once all required steps have been successfully completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation e-mail containing your order details.
PAYMENT METHODS
Online ticket purchases may be paid through the ePay.bg payment system.
To use this payment method, you must have a registered account with ePay.bg.
After selecting your preferred tickets, you will be redirected to the secure ePay.bg payment page, where you will enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
Upon successful payment, you will automatically be redirected back to:

Card payments are processed through the secure virtual POS terminal (vPOS) provided by Eurobank Bulgaria AD (Postbank).
When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure virtual POS terminal of Eurobank Bulgaria AD (Postbank), where you will enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
After successful payment, you will automatically be redirected back to:

ONLINE PAYMENT AUTHENTICATION
If your card is enrolled in the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode authentication programmes, you will be redirected to your card issuer’s authentication page, where you will be required to complete the authentication procedure.
Once the transaction has been successfully completed, a payment confirmation receipt will be displayed on your screen. You may print or save this receipt for your records.
Please note that V PAY and MasterCard Electronic cards may only be used if they are registered for participation in the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode online authentication programmes.
Please also ensure that your card issuer has enabled your card for Internet transactions.
The maximum transaction amount is €5,000.
DELIVERY OF E-TICKETS
Once payment for your selected tickets has been successfully completed, an electronic ticket (E-ticket) will be issued.
Your ticket can be downloaded directly from your user account. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail once your electronic ticket has been activated.
You may save your ticket on your mobile device or print it if you prefer.
The ticket must be presented at the entrance either in digital format on your mobile device or as a printed copy.
The ticket must be clearly visible and presented in its entirety to the authorised ticket inspectors.
The electronic ticket is issued in PDF format. To open the file, you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Tickets purchased through tickets.circus-balkanski.eu are non-refundable, except in the event that the scheduled performance is cancelled.
In such cases, tickets.circus-balkanski.eu will inform customers about the refund procedure and applicable deadlines.
Refunds shall be limited to the ticket price paid, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No additional expenses will be reimbursed, including but not limited to:
transportation costs;
accommodation expenses;
bank charges;
transaction fees;
or any other costs incurred in connection with the purchase or use of the ticket.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for performances and events scheduled for a specific date or period.
Therefore, customers do not have the right to cancel their ticket purchase within the standard 14-day withdrawal period applicable to other types of distance contracts.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
However, each ticket may be exchanged once for another performance date, subject to availability and approval by Academic Circus Balkanski.
The ticket exchange fee is:
€2.00 per ticket
Ticket exchanges are possible only before the performance for which the ticket was originally purchased.
Once the scheduled performance has taken place, the ticket is considered used and can no longer be exchanged, transferred or revalidated.
Academic Circus Balkanski accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased incorrectly by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect performance dates, seating selections or ticket types.
RIGHT TO MODIFY PERFORMANCES
Academic Circus Balkanski reserves the right to determine the date, time, venue and format of each performance.
Academic Circus Balkanski also reserves the right to determine ticket prices and the conditions applicable to ticket exchanges and refunds.
Academic Circus Balkanski reserves the right to make changes to performers, repertoire, programme, venue, performance date or starting time where necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to customers through the official website or other available communication channels.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Balkanski Entertainment Ltd. is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
By using this website and completing the online ticket order form, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be collected and processed for the purpose of providing our services.
The personal data collected may include:

Last name;
E-mail address;
Telephone number.
